About the Reports

When you complete the questionnaire, various reports can be generated. These reports are written specifically to draw out behaviors depending on your scores. 

 

The reports should be used under the supervision of an accredited trainer or consultant. An unqualified person makes assumptions and can provide the wrong advice.

Limitations

As in all reports, Identi3 reports do not take into account of masking, modified, stereotypes as well as other external, dynamic factors.  

 

Each report has a shelf life of 18 to 24 months. If there are major changes in your life or career, you should complete the questionnaire again.

Who is it for?

 

The basic report serves as the first step for users to understand their behaviors.

 

What does it contain?

 

It includes the 16 traits written with brief suggestions of how you relate to people and activities around you.

 

Why should you use this? 

 

The basic report is a good starter report for first-time users. This report allows you to understand yourself more.  

 

When should you refer to this report?

 

Use this report to find out more about yourself without getting too heavy on the reading. 

 

Limitation of this report

 

Although this is a good report to start with, it does not contain co-relations or information on specific skill sets.

 

You may want to refer to the more advanced and specialized reports.

When should you refer to this report?

 

This report is useful for coaching and training learners in their communication style. This is important in the areas of leadership, management, teamwork (collaboration), customer service, sales, personal development, relationship etc.

 

Limitation of this report

 

Although this is a good report to start with, it does not contain co-relations or information on the learner's learnt skill sets. It does not contain the context which may encourage or inhabit the learner's communication style.

Why should you use this? 

Workplace diversity is the understanding, accepting, and valuing differences between people.

The benefits of a workplace that brings diverse viewpoints and perspectives to a company can help the company increase more customers, develop new products and build working satisfaction.

 

However, this requires careful design and intervention. The IDENTI3 DI Report can help new hires, existing team members, coaches and HR to help Diversity and Inclusion issues.

When should you refer to this report?

 

This report is useful during onboarding, team building process.
