Announcing IDENTI3 Diversity and Inclusion Report


<18th September 2020> Diversity and inclusion in the workplace (DI) is a term you’ve probably heard several times by now. The concept has continued to gain traction in the corporate world as its benefits have become increasingly clear.

Workplace diversity is the understanding, accepting, and valuing differences between people including those:

- of different races, ethnicities, genders, ages, religions, disabilities, and sexual orientations- with differences

- in education, personalities, skill sets, experiences, and knowledge bases

IDENTI3 recognises the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is proud to include a new IDENTI3 DI report - a report that covers the differences in personality and values.

The IDENTI3 DI Report is based on IDENTI3 16 traits and is organised into six categories:

1. Open-Mindedness to new people

2. Adapting to the work environment

3. Working in Teams

4. Communicating with others

5. Problem-solving process

The IDENTI3 DI report is available in two format:

(A) As a person fitting into a new organization (and how his personality and value will affect him in embracing diversity and inclusion);

(B) As a person accepting new colleagues

The benefits of a workplace that brings diverse viewpoints and perspectives to a company can help the company increase more customers, develop new products and build working satisfaction. However, this requires careful design and intervention.
